1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and Ionita Serghei, operating ReFilter (“ReFilter”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the ReFilter mobile applications, browser studio, website, APIs, and related services.

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. If you use ReFilter for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

We may require email verification, provider reauthentication, or other reasonable security checks before sensitive actions such as restoring purchases or deleting an account.

3. Your photos and results

You retain your rights in photos you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, the results created for you. You grant ReFilter a limited license to receive, process, store temporarily, transmit, and return that content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

You must have permission to use every photo you submit. Do not upload content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use ReFilter for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity. You may not attack the service, evade limits, reverse engineer protected systems, automate access without permission, distribute malware, impersonate others, or use outputs to mislead people about consequential facts.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

5. Credits, subscriptions, and purchases

ReFilter shows the credit price before an eligible generation. Credits are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it.

Mobile subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple or Google and may also be governed by their store rules. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and restore-purchase behavior depends on the store used for the transaction and applicable law.

6. AI features

AI edits can be non-deterministic, imperfect, or unexpected. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. AI output is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

The separate AI Terms are incorporated into these Terms for all AI-powered features.

7. ReFilter intellectual property

ReFilter’s software, designs, branding, catalog configuration, and service technology are owned by or licensed to ReFilter. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, extract, or create a competing service from protected ReFilter technology except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on carefully selected providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, AI processing, purchase management, and app distribution. Their availability and separate terms may affect features you use. ReFilter keeps private processing instructions and credentials on the server.

9. Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, filters, models, prices, or integrations. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Internet access and a compatible device are required.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReFilter is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to an evolving AI service.

ReFilter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss caused by reliance on AI output, third-party outages, unauthorized account access, or unlawful use. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using ReFilter at any time and can request account deletion through supported account controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or non-payment. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be presented through the website, app, or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
