We process account details, device and service diagnostics, purchase status, support messages, and the photos you intentionally submit for editing.
How photos are used
Your selected photo is processed to perform the edit you requested. ReFilter does not need ownership of your photos, and private prompts and model routing remain on the server.
Why we use data
We use data to operate the editor, secure accounts, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, answer support requests, and improve reliability.
Service providers
ReFilter may use hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, email, and AI-processing providers. They receive only the information needed to perform their contracted role.
Retention and choices
Retention varies by data type and operational need. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
